Nava Renek is an educator, writer, publisher, editor and Gestalt coach.  Her novels include Spiritland, No Perfect Words, and Where the Survivors are Buried. She also published a collection of short stories, Mating in Captivity.  In 2007, she conceived of and edited Wreckage of Reason: Anthology of XXperimental Prose by Contemporary Women Writers and Wreckage of Reason II: Back to the Drawing Board. Her fiction and non-fiction can be found in a variety of literary journals, websites, and blogs. As managing editor of New Meridian Arts, she has worked on editing translation projects from Portuguese, Hebrew, Romanian, and French.
